Tevez is only leaving City because he wants to be with his family, not for sporting reasons where the club has just won the FA Cup and is in the Champion's League. There is also nothing to indicate Tevez and Aguero are even close, so I doubt Aguero would be using Tevez as a way to asses his future.

As for Chelsea, Anelka is leaving and Drogba is likely to follow. They need another striker and Aguero perfectly fits the bill.

Personally, I think either Man City or Chelsea are leading the race for Aguero. Juve can't compete with them for cash, chance to win trophies or the prestige of playing in a big league.

Rossi is obviously plan B. But will Marrotta pay the 30 million needed to get him? Barcelona couldn't get Villarreal to lower their demands so I doubt he can. Even if he did Rossi isn't the big name promised.
How can they lead when his agent said we had something concrete?

1- they aren't a bigger club by any stretch of the imagination, I suggest you look at Juves worldwide profile and Man Citys paltry comparison.

2- Man City won't compete for Shit, they finished in the CL spots by grace of Liverpools utter failure.

3- Wining the FA cup against Stoke is not an achievement unless you're fucking Barnsley

4- Aguero would not move his family to Manchester

5- Financial Fair Play: City Will never generate enough revenue to support their current habits.

Am I missing something here?

I'm sure even Manc Nick would agree.

Man City have no history.

No history at all. Del Piero has more history in his right boot than Man city has in their entire history.
Aguero isn't Juventino. Players don't care about history. History doesn't win you titles. A players career is short so if given a choice Aguero will go where he can win quickest and make the most money.

All that matters to players is that City are a title contender in the world's best league and are winning trophies. While Juve have been struggling in a weak league are are beset by boardroom problems and a medicore squad.

Why is it hard to believe? They're a rich club who are delivering on their promise to becoming title contenders in the biggest league in the world. Why wouldn't a player want to go there and compete for all competitions while earning a healthy paycheck? Maybe last year you could have laughed City off but winning the FA Cup and getting into the Champion's League has shown they mean business.

Aguero wasn't born with a Del Piero jersey on his back. Everything points to him going to the bigger club in the bigger league.
I'm afraid that's the main reason he wants to go there, a final against Stoke.
