If we're offering 38+cash, then Tiago is valued 2m eur, definitely not more.
Not because he's not worth more than 2 millions, but because he's in his last contractual year with Juve and we are desperate to get rid of him. As a matter of fact, we'll even accept to pay 40m+Tiago if Atletico want nothing more and nothing less than 40m, just to finally get rid of him.
