They've been stagnating for a long time, and I see them out of the champions league very soon because Liverpool and City will catch up quickly. True. Juve historically are one of the top teams in Europe mind you where as Arsenal are not

They offer huge wages mind you and are showing potential. Arsenal are actually going backwards it seems.
