Ronaldinho signed for Milan when they didn't have CL, so I'm positive that a big name can be brought to Juve, under condition that we do have lots of money as speculated.

And the big name player should be the one bought first. I know it takes time to get one (Milan negotiated the above mentioned Ronaldinho's transfer for like 3 years or so), but we have to speed it up.
Buying a big name, in addition to bringing a guy like Pirlo who despite his age is still respected a lot in the football world, will put us on the map again. Guys like Lass and many others, who now seem to underestimate us and see us as a last resort, might think "hey, these guys are serious", and become much more willing to join us.
Ronaldinho was going steadily downhill at the time though. Aguero will be thinking about his career, he'll be thinking, hey, i can start for most of the big teams, so why would i move to Juve when i can move to a team thats already in the CL, that is already competing for titles every season, and that i can actually start for them. Real Madrid being the team in mind here, the only real obstacle is, are Athletico going to sell to Madrid. IMO if Madrid wanted him hard enough, Athleti would sell him to Madrid, yes.

Lets narrow this down:

England:

United: Just signed Young, Jones and are close to signing De Gea. Already have Rooney and an up and coming Hernandez for the forward line. Rule these out.

Arsenal: Let's be honest here nobody's joining Arsenal who want to win things.

Chelsea: Could potentially be a target for Aguero however with bids for Modric on the cards and Falcao being tipped to go I see it difficult for them to stump up another 40 Million.

Italy:

Milan: Rule these out

Inter: Perhaps but then again with the forward line they had and with Branca's recent statements about not being able to afford Tevez and Sanchez I don't see how they can afford Aguero.

Juve: With the recent capital injection it's clear we have the funds but any top player will have to sacrifice European football for atleast a season.

Spain:

Barca: Pretty much rule them out with the players they're already chasing.

Real: If they sign Neymar I don't really see them spending another 40 Million on a forward.

All due respect man, despite me agreeing that he wouldn't be interested in joining Arsenal. I'd love to understand how you deduced that he wouldn't join Arsenal but would be more than willing to join Juve.
