The problem, in my opinion, is not finding a position for Diego, as much as it is the art of the possible in the transfer market. Diego could be the only way we get Aguero. And I think our team will benefit in the end by that. That is why I argue for it.
why not having them both in the same team? with pazzini as lone forward

diego needed someone to link with him but everytime he got the ball he was surrounded by 3 players and he couldn't find way out or any help from his team mates.

i barely saw a forward runs from any midfielder or wb and that just bring limitation to a playmaker... because playmaker job is to pass the ball perfectly to the players who runs forward. but instead of helping him pushing forward they were waiting for him to dribble past 10 players and score it by his own :sergio:

We must definitely keep Diego. He was great in Germany and we all know how tough the Bundesliga is, so there is no reason why he can't perform in Italy.
That would be much more sensible than selling him for something like 20m and going for Aguero or Gourcuff.

To the guys that want to trade Diego for someone...
So what now, Del Neri wants 4-4-2, let's trade Diego (and some cash) for Aguero.
Than if Del Neri fails, Aguero's price will be extra lower than it was before so than we need to find another coach...ok , let's see who is available...woooow let's bring Hiddink yeah yeah he was spotted in some caffe in Turin...another day it was Benitez in Turin...our board will wait some Monday for the changes and until than we will be informed about Del Bosque, Lippi and Capello in the same Turin caffe....than what...well nothing happens and in the meanwhile that cunt from Uzbekistan is gonna reject us again and suddenly we will be in the situation to dream about Fatih Terim and the similar ones....Finally theeeeeeee Monday arrives and the board are appointing another great name as our coach GENTILE...but heeey he prefers 3-1-2-3-1 tactics and there is't space for Aguero, ok let's trade him for Podolski plus 5 mil Euros.

These are our plans.
 great coaches are the coaches who build tactics around the great players, its not like kinder school, coach: hello, i play 4-4-2 , board: ok... no AMC so Diego is out.

Lippi was playing with 4-4-2 but nedved was more a AMC, look at his runs and his goals back in 2001 and in all Lippi years. and funny how he was limited under Capello but as soon he make his runs through the middle he was doing assist or scoring a goal

And Nedved was not Zidane either but we didn't sell Nedved after just one season.
I'm in favor of keeping Diego mate.. Diego won't fit Del Neri's 4-4-2 is just a bad excuse..
Plus both Zidane and Nedved didn't have a good first season at Juve.

Its not true
I don`t remember Zidane`s arrival but if I remember correctly he didn`t play great at the start at the season but after a few monthes he played good
as for Nedved he played bad for the first 4 monthes and then he started to show his true worth

as for Diego he wasn`t great this season but I think our team`s bad performance didn`t help him being great eigther so can`t really judge him based on this season

Keep Diego and if it is possible bring Aguero, I'm for that 100%.

But including Diego in any kind of deal is the thing I'm against of.
And that is were our opinions differ. Though, I got the feeling we won't get the players linked to us.

Palombo, Pazzini I just think Beppe is letting the press speculate in the obvoius.
