You're right but hopefully we could convince him somehow. We could offer him a lot of money, promise him to build the team around him and we have an exciting future to look forward to with a new stadium and a lot of money to build an excellent squad with. And since he's from Argentina, I think he would be more at home in Italy than England.

I agree, our coached failed and Diego can be converted to SS or LM imo.
But that does change the fact that Secco and Blanc also failed in acquiring a complete squad for 4312. Now it is likely 442. If that is a given, then Aguero is more useful than Diego as he is a natural SS. Our board are at least thinking the right things, if this is true.
Diego is one of my favourite Juve players right now. And I certainly won't be upset if he is here next season. But that will not change the fact that this transfer makes sense. You get a perfect player for the system. I'd even argue you get a better player overall. He is 21 and could really take the place of DP.

Diego and Marchisio at the middle it could lead to creative things but I`m not sure about this midfield ability to defend Giovinco is like a cone and he might be a great player in the making but if he looses some balls it would be difficult to recover as like I said Giovinco is a cone while Marchisio is the only one who is good at defending (Diego is a good defender for AM or SS but not for a CM) Krasic didn`t watch a lot of him so I have noticed his attacking abilities more than his defensive ones

Well listen, all those formations are fine, and I really think that Diego has the potential to play everywhere. With his skills and awesome technique I think that he is great everywhere. The myth here is that he can't and he won't be able to play anywhere except the behind the striker(s) role.
Having him in a team is a great achievement and I think that he is needed by this team. I like his way of playing and honestly I think that he was our only true move for these past 5 years, thank God we got him. The problem were the coaches , if Jose Mourinho managed to find a place for Sneijder I think that finding a place for Diego is a piece of cake than. But the problem is that Jose Mourinho is a pure class while Ranieri is better than both coaches after him but 10 grades behind Mourinho.
