Kun is 22 and already scored 145 official goals in his career. That's like half of Del Piero's official goals, on top of the 15 year age difference.
:agree:

One should take into account that DP had WC players all around him. Not to take anything away from DP, but that certainly helped him while Kun hasn't had that luxury yet.

for all people who are sayin we don't need aguero, getting aguero will not just mean that will be like 10x better as a football team, but it wiil also be a statement that juve is back , it well help the team regain some of it lost popularity, with aguero we will attract more quality players

It will mean a lot when our defence concedes 2 against Chievo and draws the match.

Explain to me how that has anything to do with our mental breakdowns.
Our defense was constantly bombarded with counters and sooner or later the thought creeps into your mind that you will concede and inevitably we did. Long balls with no one up front keeping possession...Krasic getting man marked out of games we had no outlet and Aqui just not doing what we needed him to do...add to that the pathetic strikers we had most of the season playing (aside from Matri second half and quag first half of season) we just were not able to ever control the flow of the game.

If I were the coach of another team playing Juve this is what I would tell them: 1.) Double down on Krasic and 2.) Pressure the fuck out of the defense because they will just play the long ball for safety. It isn't rocket science...its not mystery why it was so easy for teams to play us.

Sure, attack our full backs too, that along with what I just said is why it was so easy to get us to lose possession and for teams to maintain it. We couldn't control the games as we used to and our team suffered mentally as a result. 90 mins of losing the ball and not being able to dictate to an inferior team is bound to fuck with your way of thinking.

Playing Sorensen is CB would be ideal. I actually think Barzagli played better than Bonucci the second part of this season. I'd keep all four of our CB's and invest in 1 solid RB, 1 LM, 1 SS. Look I really don't see us improving our CM/DM, I think its obvious with Conte's play we're gonna focus on the wings.

Since the defense was mentioned, this is how much we spent on it in the post-Calciopoli serie A seasons:

- Bonucci 15.5m
- Andrade 10.5m
- Criscito 7.5m
- De Ceglie 3.5m
- Molinaro 2.5m
- Grosso 2m
- Motta 1.25m loan
- Knežević 0.75m loan
- Gastaldello 0.65m
- Rinaudo 0.6m loan
- Traoré 0.5m loan
- Sorensen 0.45m
- Barzagli 0.3m
- Grygera free
- Salihamidzic free
- Mellberg free
- Cannavaro free
- Caceres free loan
- Camilleri free loan
- Stendardo free loan

Total = 45.5m eur for 20 players or 2.2m eur per player.
That's disgusting.

Very nice, thanks Alen.
That's not even a little remotely, possibly, tiny bit nice, Hus.

I am not downplaying Aguero's talent but DP scored those goals in a very tough Serie-A while Aguero have been playing in Mickey mouse league. I'd like to see how he is outside Spain.
It has nothing to do with DP. It's just to show that a 22 year old who plays in a big league scored almost half of what Juve's top scorer ever scored. That alone shows that we're talking about a great player.

Thats rather impressive, even if he started very young and been playing as a starter since 16 (dont mean its any less impressive, but that he played alot of games from young age on, which is even more impressive sign).

Not saying he would be better than DP, but you won't find a more suitable heir to DP on the planet if you ask me.

Truly still a kid and scores like a machine.
