No, 45 million € is more than what Juventus paid for Buffon.

So Agüero would be the most expensive since Nedved had a price around 40 mill €

Buffon £32million, Aguero - £42million

At a time when the british pound was much stronger comparing to the Euro ;)

Buffons transfer fee was 50 mil €, I think we added a player to drop it down a bit in money, but the total value was declared as 50 mil €.

45m for Aguero?

Yeah, lets pay almost 50m for Aguero, ignore our defensive problems and our LM position too. Extremely wise.
The only reason why we would splash that sort of money on a single player is to have a marquee player for the stadium. Other than that its a stupid decision to do anything on the attacking front since we'll only be fighting for 3rd place and nothing at all next season. Our attack is potent enough for that, its the defence that will kill us.

I would fap myself till I pass out if Aguero joins though :D

Paying that money for Aguero is insane. Considering the problems we have at defense, it might well end in a big big disappointment. Bring in Sanchez. Matri would be enough for finishing the chances Sanchez and Krasic will create for him.

Well, if Rab says so, I guess we should do it.

:D
Seriously, that would be such a fucked up move by Marotta the Pluto.

We have serious issues at the back(defensively) we conceded more goals than any other team at home this season.

The thing is, after paying such a huge amount for a Striker or SS our Mang would end up buying average LB average LM and average CB.

This what annoys me the most though :D

We can buy both Aguero and Sanchez it wouldn't solve our problems. Unless Conte comes up with a miracle ideas to strengthen our defensive line which I doubt. We are in-need of at least 1 world class LB and decent CB. Bonucci alone isn't enough for me. I don't trust his abilities and talent.

:agree:

I would rather spend that amount of money on a LW than a striker. Imagine Krasic on the right and Hazzard on the left, hell even Luca Toni could reach double figures with those two :D

Also if Aguero joins Real that transfer opens great opportunity sign someone from Real, Higuain would be my pick :D

There must be something wrong with the rumors and some of them are completely invented imo. I'm saying this because looking at the player we got (Pirlo), players we have the right to buy (Quag, Aqui, Matri, Pepe) and players we're linked to (Aguero, Inler), I have absolutely no idea what are we going to play next year.
Pirlo isn't suited for 4-4-2 so I'm guessing a 4-3-3, 4-3-1-2 or something. But if we buy Aguero then will he play on the left side of a 4-3-3? 4-3-1-2 on the other hand leaves Krasic out of the squad and we'll need to buy an AMC.....
Way too confusing at this point.
