Its a good way to keep pressure

athletico has 2 interested teams for aguero, but hell they dont wanna sell to real
udinese has a number of offers for sanchez, but he doesnt wanna go to england, and we are the next best offer

so yeah, both teams would love to sell him to us. because we now show concrete interest in other players, they will think twice before asking to much

good working marotta
actually inter are sanchez' 2nd best offer, we're his 3rd possibly 4th if barca increase their bid

That was a good pass and run to be honest, right on the shoulder of the last man.
It was indeed. We've had such good passes and runs against us at least 20 times this season, haven't we? The problem was that our defensive set up made it possible to open up our defense with runs from behind so every single serie A coach used it against us.

Yes, look how static the defensive line is.

It seems like we are trying to get the clubs to be a bit more open to negotiations. One for the clubs sake, the other for the players sake. Hopefully you are right.

Sounds like we saved some more money on the Lichtensteiner deal. Isn't that the only player so far we have actually spent money on? Fuck, if our mercato pocket runs deep, then why the fuck don't we just give Udinese/Athletico what they want? What the hell is the hold up? The only thing I can think of is the players agreeing terms?

Look at how little pressure was put on the ball in midfield there.

Cesena were free to flick the ball around and chip it over the top without ever being put under pressure.
Sure, but my problem is how easily the guy ran right between Motta/Bonucci completely undetected. He ran right in front of Motta (no communication) and Bonucci had no idea he was there.

Ball watching. 3m dollar paid ball watchers.

Remember there is a board meeting on 23rd (?) which will confirm the budget.

They are all contributory factors.

Juve weren't great at tracking runs under Ranieri, instead playing an aggressive offside trap, and it was Sissoko maniacal pressing game that made the system work.

The Juve midfield on that Cesena chance were completely absent.

Barshitlona wont increase their offer, they just try to provoke the player to force his club to accept their offer because he wanna go to them. and they didnt just do that with sanchez, they tabled like 4 simular deals across europe

Inter didnt had a better offer, only manshit went over our 30mil+players.

Hence, udinese knows they will sell him, they are just waiting for us, inter or barca to come closer to mancini's offer.

But inter allready stated they wont go over 30 mil, barcelona rely on the player rejecting the other teams, and we remain with the best non english offer.

udinese is stressing as shown in the media by the chairman claiming he wont sell if the offer doesnt match their demands
offcourse he will sell, he just tries to make us increase.

and thats exactly why putting interest in aguero is good.

and since we are the only remaining team for aguero, this also counts for athletico

I thought they said that extra funds would be made available at the last board meeting. What the hell do they need another meeting for?

Was that one of the games Melo was suspended?
