Now I'm no Moggi fanboy but maybe he's right on that part. Pazienza has nothing to do in pre-Calciopoli Juventus and from what I've heard about Ziegler from a Samp fan he's not good enough and no different than Grygera and Grosso.
One or two other things happened when Moggi left. The only issue now is getting capable people in roles at the club, not hoping that Moggi comes back. Juventus was great before Moggi and Moggi inherited a strong club and players, we will be great after he has put his crystal ball away.

Yeah both are average players, no doubt, but Moggi likes to talk down signings of Juve post his days, and compare it to him, like he only made good/top signings. He made plently of average/flop signings.
