No, and especially not for that price. We already have a young cb on the bench at Juve next season. We need experience, which is the most important thing when building a backline. Barzagli and Samuel would be nice.

they say juventus keeps on going for barzagli but palermo always asks criscito on the transfer deal...but juventus refuses to give criscito away and i totally agree with them

Me as well, I don't swap Criscito for any other defender. Not because he is the best, but from what I did hear and watch, Criscito is Italian, young promising youngster who is already ours and I think that he'll improve in the very near future.

If the price was reasonable,id say Senderos would be a very good purchase.13m is too high.We keep on whining about building a team for the future, but now that we're getting the chance to get young and talented players,we dont want them.Senderos is a far better defender than Boumsong. He is very talented.Wenger is brilliant at picking young talent, and Senderos must have something that makes him a regular at Arsenal. He is skillfull, and he will only get better at Juventus.

but the price isnt fair enaough..they are asking for to much money....for that amount of money we have the shot to bring barzagli or samuel into our team, and with them we are not taking any risks because theyve proved they are good defenders....with senderos we are definetly taking a risk because hes young and we are relying on the fact that we all think hes gonna get better with the years, what happens if he doesnt get any better than this???????for that much money i wouldnt take a risk

Senderos has proved that he's a good defender too.I dont think you watch too much of the EPL.And yes,the price is high, and thats what im saying too.Personally,id prefer Barzalgi over Senderos, but if i wouldnt mind if we get Senderos either.Id be happy with either of them.Getting both of them would e even sweeter. And id like a Barzagli-Senderos partnership more than a Barzagli-Samuel one.

the fact that i dont like senderos doesnt mean i dont see the epl...everyone has different points of view within a player......and the barzagli senderos couple... i just dont agree with it .not because i dont like senderosi give me a break 2 young unexperienced players playing together, you got to be kiddin me!!!!!!!....at least one of them has to be an experienced player and samuel has more experience than both barzagli a senderos together

Yes he does. But id like having a young Juventus team all around that gels together, and then fights for trophies in a season or two.
i love young prospects also.....but a think a little bit of experience is needed if we want to have a good strong juve....we just cant rely on young unexperienced players

I dunno if this is worth/should be a new thread - but what about this guy for the defense..? I don't really know about him compared to Senderos/Barzagli... Anyone see much of Zaragoza this year..?

Juve considering Milito for back line

Real Zaragoza want 12 million euros for 26-year old Argentinean defender Gabriel Milito. Barcelona are also interested in him. Milito has a EU passport and his contract with Zaragoza expires in 2010.

He is very good

madrid tried to buy him before he went to Zaragoza but he failed his medical because of a knee injury ... Madrid's loss cuz he is awesome. Imagine what might had happened for them if they bought him 2 seasons ago. Instead they bought woodgate even though he was injured and while he is an awesome defender too .. he barely played for them

I would love Milito, Ayala recently said he should be a Captain of the Argie national team in the future.

excuse me i said barcelone it was madrid....somehow i was thinking barcelona
no he was going to go there 2 years ago but it did not work out .. now he is mad that they did not sign him so i am not sure if he will go to them.

Barca have him on their list of new CB's along with Andrade from Depor

I think these 2 guys are the 2 best CB's on the market... Andrade is probably the better one .. one of the best in the world imo
