Yeah, when he settles down and doesnt feel as 100% eager to go for goal in very desperate way (Morata had the same issue today, he was so eager to impress he rushed his actions too much), then we will see the best side of him, which is his decisive type of solutions when it comes to finding others wethers its crosses or cutting passes. Prolly 2nd best at the club at precision passes in the final third.

Glad he has built on the good performances he had at the end of last season.

Hopefully he'll show his full repertoire in the free role Allegri gives him and Tevez. Clearly he didn't work under Conte's offense.

Also nice having a guy who is good with set pieces on the field again with Pirlo out. Was kinda over seeing Bonucci taking them.

What an effort today. It's a shame he has such tunnel vision for goal. I think if he focused on creating chances for others he'd be much more useful and might even find himself in better situations to score himself.

Even that last free kick he took from 40 yards out. You knew he was going to go for goal. :howler:
Agree !

Indicative that the Poor guy really wanted to score today, yet still the Late Bloomer that never blossomed.
Todays fluke performance revived some of the hopefuls that are still awaiting what, all the others expected back in 08. Only now this game (Cesena) this season (2014) this stint ( back after being sent out Twice) this is the moment for the hopefuls, maybe he finally got that phone call from Del Piero.
