@Kasaki How do you rate your boy's season? Are you deceived by his stats and still feel he can actually contribute something meaningful to this team?
Wasn't a good season to be fair, but hardly a poor one. Especially since he spent the second half of the season on the lower end of the pecking order. I'd give him a second season.

He needs to improve a lot tho...
The worrying part from this season about Giovinco.... is that he received a lot of chances... and even when i know that in most games he faced defenses with his back to goal..... he also wasteda A LOT of chances due to poor ball control and a worrying habit of making the wrong decition.

He seriously need to improve those 2 things... or readjust to another position.

Oh, also, he needs to decrease the number of times he attempts to do quick one-2s without even thinking who is near of him orif the play is even possible.

At the end of the day, the difference between Giovinco and Jovetic was 3 goals. One gets constant shit and should be thrown away(even though he's only considered a reserve for next season) while the other one is our top player and should be bought for 25-30m according to exactly the same people.

Because of that we shundt waste that much money on Jojo. AT least not before siging a proper finisher.
Also, Giovinco was with us, and was much more exposed than Jovetic naturally.

IMO, the arival of LLorente will change a lot fo things, so lets see how Mirko and Gio fare with him at his side... there will be a lot of combinations to be tested.

Honestly its just a lack of confidence. We all know he's got a great touch just a matter of him not worrying. At Parma there was no pressure, shame to say the pressure has gottent him a little

one carries his team, the other carries his lunch box.

one is a leader of his team, the other leader of his playgroup.

one scores important goals against big teams, the other scores in Pac-Man.

Well thats a serious matter. And yes the pressure also has got some of him. The fans whistling doesnt help much also.

In the end, is up to him to demonstrate, and if he cant...he will have to leave because in this team, pressure to perform will be there everyday.

thats what keeps me a little worried in Giovinco´s case. He seems frustrated most of the time. At least he is hardworker.
