Criscito is average at best, so it was a great from him that he didn't want to come back.

If Giovinco shines and Juve want him back, they would tell him that he's coming back to play and he'd prefer to play with Juventus much more than at Parma.

I simply prefer a more cautious, patient and growth-inspiring view on young talents than most. I don't find any logic is pressuring a kid to perform, whether it be in his first couple of matches or by placing him on loan. This is just my approach from thinking like a young player, not a manager.

Yep, it's something I am fully aware of In England U18 is the highest youth level, s many 18-19 players play reserve games, often against some good players.
