Corriere dello Sport
CORRIERE DELLO SPORT
CORRIEREEEEEEE DELLOOOOOOO SPOOOOOOORT

How many times do i have to tell you not to even think about what's writen in an article if you see that it's from Corriere. If you can read Italian and you read Corriere you will see AT LEAST 5 such rumors about different teams and players EVERY SINGLE DAY, and when it's mercato time they have around 20 such rumors.
They never use quotes, they don't even have insiders, they just try to connect some dots and count how much 1+1 gives. The problem is that their answer to that question is always 3 or 4 or 40, but it's never 2.

But at least they are fair and they never say "This will happen" or "This happened", the way Tuttosport does. They always say "This might happen" or "This might be one of the options".
alright...cam down!!!

i can't read italian (i wish i cud master the language) so i have to depend on english speaking sites to report on serie A. But i barely no any good reliable ones, so if u no...plz do share!

Juventus President Giovanni Cobolli Gigli confirms “Antonio Cassano is a great talent and we can’t help but be interested in him.”

The talk of a summer swoop for the Sampdoria starlet has been going for many months and is gaining momentum as time goes on.

The Bianconeri are no longer even denying they would like to snap up the former Roma and Real Madrid man.

“Cassano is a great talent and Juve can’t help but be interested in such a player,” explained President Cobolli Gigli.

“As for the transfer market, we have decided to name no more names. We will approach it from a subtle stance.

“The economic crisis is also hitting the football world and I think there will be more exchanges than usual.

“Juve nonetheless have every intention of investing an adequate sum for a great champion who can replace [Pavel] Nedved. We are working in that direction and that is where we will spend the most money.”

There were reports in the Corriere dello Sport on Friday that Juventus would tempt Cassano in exchange for Sebastian Giovinco and £12m cash.

“This is just newspaper talk,” assured Bianconeri director of sport Alessio Secco on Nuova Spazio Radio.

“We are happy with Giovinco’s performance and happy he is at Juventus. He is a treasure owned by this club and will remain with us.”

I hope he is being serious about this!!!. so we could be a little less worried.

Today in espn..while juve were fibghting roma...theyw ere talking about the giovinco cassano swap....... and both commentatros were like "Something must be wrong with juve´s management if they accept the deal.... Cassano is a classy player but it would be wrong to let go a player with the potential og giovinco, specially him being a future fan favourite and great bianconero".

IM 100% with them.

So what are the chances of Gio playing most of the games down the string?

Do you think CR will trust Gio and Nedved on the pitch?
