both injured, nothing serious but is a shame because they had established themselves as first team regulars.

They asked him after Empoli-Lazio match I think...they asked him about future and he said something like he wants to play at his maximum because he wants to return here.In the end they said the future of the Atomic Ant will be bianconero. :D

GioGio said that he wants to play his best this season to keep Empoli up, and when asked about his future, Gio said that he hopes he will be able to return to Juve to play for them once again

Giovinco: We will survive

Empoli starlet Sebastian Giovinco is adamant that the Tuscan minnows will beat the drop and sees this weekend’s trip to Napoli as the first step.

The Empolesi shook off a miserable run by beating Lazio 1-0 last weekend, but they are still languishing in the relegation zone.

Alberto Malesani’s men will look to pile the pressure on Siena and Parma with three points against an inconsistent Napoli outfit and Giovinco believes they can beat the odds.

“My Empoli side will reach safety,” the Juventus-owned talent told Radio Kiss Kiss.

“We have been playing excellently but not picking up the points. Luckily we got the win against Lazio and that result has raised our morale again.

“Napoli could be a turning point for us, but this is a must-win game – there is no other option.

“To play at the Stadio San Paolo will be a unique experience, especially given that it is a temple of modern football. We will need to put in a top performance to win there.”

Giovinco is just one of an impressive crop of young Italian stars and the 21-year-old is encouraged by the increased faith in homegrown players in Serie A.

Italian football is changing and finally there is more space for young talent – I am pleased with that,” Giovinco said.

The Turin native concluded with a comment on his personal form and recent rumours suggesting he could soon be plying his trade at the San Paolo on a regular basis.

I may be short, but I always give my best and I don’t listen to the critics,” the diminutive playmaker stressed. “There are always cynics but in football what counts is in the head and the heart.

What do I think of being linked with Napoli? I like the attention. To play for the Partenopei would be something great, but I don’t think that Juventus would sell me cheaply.”

giovinco would A: Run under his legs or B: trez would lean down and give him a piggy back, or C: and they would fuck up the celebration and giovinco would headbutt him in the nuts
