Conte wants a winger and suggested Ribery, Lennon and Nani. He has also told the management from his first day on the job that he likes Giovinco and would like him back, however this time his opinion seems to have been ignored

The agent of Sebastian Giovinco knows nothing of Antonio Conte’s apparent interest in having the player recalled to Juventus.
Reports on Friday suggested that boss Conte had asked Juve to bring Giovinco back to Turin after he spent the last campaign on loan at Parma.
“There is nothing new to report because nobody from Juventus have called us,†Andrea D’Amico told Calciomercato.it.
“Sebastian has been as clear as Parma. He wants to play in the Ducali shirt next season and the club want to keep him.â€
Parma have the option to sign a 50 per cent share in the Italian international for a pre-agreed €3.5m this summer and they will take it.
“We’ve said it in every language that we know,†Parma sporting director Pietro Leonardi noted three days ago. “Giovinco will be ours and will play with us.â€
The player himself said last month: “I think that I will remain at Parma. President Tommaso Ghirardi and Leonardi have been quite clear about it.
“Unless there are some radical changes to the plans, then I am 99 per cent sure of remaining here.
“Juventus were very clear with me. They told me that I wasn’t a part of their project and it is better for me to stay at Parma.
“I don’t want to make the same mistake I did a few years ago.â€

I would prefer Bastos to Nani and Lennon, without any doubt...so I hope if there is any truth to Conte cancelling bastos, inler and aquilani, then he has some other targets lined up of true quality.
Cancelling the Bastos deal would be very strange...as Bastos seems to fit Conte's desire to play wing forwards who can cut in as well as cross. Also cancelling Inler would be strange, given he was one of the best midfielders in Italy last season, and our central midfield presently looks like:
marchisio, melo, pirlo, momo...surely Momo MUST leave, pazienza his replacement...Inler is as good as Melo, and better than marchisio in every department other than male beauty.

marotta's job is to try get who the coach wants, but also provide other viable options if the coach's number one targets are unobtainable. The manager has to deal with the first team squad, and marotta and paratici will be running the scouts, telling them what to look for, where to look, and compiling reports.
