Giovinco will do well there.

But his stamina was always the issue I had with him. He seems as if he's great for 60 mins, then he hits a wall and is pretty much worthless after that.

Maybe that will change when he gets more constant time in the field.

I wouldnt really blame his size, Maradona was pretty short yes he was more built but still much smaller than certain defenders

Gio only needed more playing time as Gian said he was impressive against Chelsea..still think its a shame we loaned him out he's much better than Pepe imo

I think you're right, with more playing time Gio will become greater than Maradona.

He should probably play two full matches per day though in order to catch up. We wasted a lot of his time at our bench.
