Lol, only once in my life i've seen 4-2-2-2 to work. It was in 2004 or 2005 and Milan played it on some matches. But their defense and their full backs were so strong that they could allow it (Cafu, Nesta, Stam and Maldini). They had Kaka and Rui Costa/Seedorf playing behind Shevchenko and Crespo/Inzaghi, with Gattuso and Pirlo in the center.

In your case though, it will never work. We;ll get destroyed if we play this 4-2-2-2, especially without Sissoko.

I ment the 4-1-2-1-2 diamond it says side midfielders where people say Marchisio and D`Agostino in center mid
so if it has winger like the pic then there are no central mid and Marchisio has no room there but if there are than the pic has an error as it says side midfielders and not cm
