And we knew exactly that you'd be against virtually anything good that has to do with Giovinco?

Two can play this game.

And no, Jovetic is not a better choice for #10 than Giovinco. Giovinco is as good as it gets and selling the #10 on the fans would be easy. He's a fantastista, Italian, Juve product, young with future, Turin boy, Italian NT and his playing style is your typical #10. He's very marketable and its would sell.
Nowhere near as good as it gets, Jovetic is a better player, He's not young at all, Jovetic is by far a better #10 and more classic trequartista style player. We have plenty of other Italian players too.

Jovetic played far less and scored 1 less goal than gio, yes Jojo only had 3 assists but he had shit all to provide to and didn't take all the corners or free kicks.

That's your problem, Suns. You never know when to shut up.
Please, talking as if Jovetic is way more logic #10 than Giovinco is just the hater in you talking. Giovinco is a perfectly viable option for #10 for the reasons I mentioned in my previous post.

Like $#@! is half of Chibsah €4m
Do you think that Chibsah's value is around 8 mln euro at the moment?
 doesn't matter, even if his full price is just 4 million, that's 13 mil euros (11 + 2 mil) spent for a player half price Who was already ours in the first place.

Absolutely a dump move from our management (absolutely no excuse for it), and I know people will still find excuses for Marotta ( won't be a surprise, Secco was praised for many dump moves before).

I just gave you a bunch of reasons and you reply by claiming Jovetic is better(which is not the case if we compare last season) and that he's much more of a classic trequartista(which he's not)..

And I don't even know why we're talking about this. Jovetic will not play here and we don't know if Giovinco will get #10. And if he does, then I guess guys like Marotta, Conte and the marketing team decided it was a good idea.

Giovinco, unlike our previous players, lacks the charisma and character to wear the no.10 kit for this club.

And the reason for you defending him to be better than Jovetic is just your ass kissing of him. You must be blind if you think Gio would be a better #10 than Jovetic. I'm sorry but not even in any parallel universe would gio be a better #10 option for Juve right now.

We didnt give them him, we only paid 11 mil € for his half, in total the deal cost us 7.5 mil €, which is a great deal. So what if he was ours? Fact is, we didnt give him a chance to play and he wouldnt have developed for us and we would have likely sold him for a few million € after a few years, like Palladino.

Parma developed him for us and that costs money. In this case its money well spent.

Jovetic is a better player and is younger and has far more potential. He also has leadership and loyalty qualities unlike gio. Watch some more Jojo if you think gio is more of a trequartista.

Giovinco, unlike our previous players, lacks the charisma and character to wear the no.10 kit for this club.
Precisely

Ok.

Look, I'm not advocating him getting it, I don't really care. But to claim Jovetic is natural for the #10 while totally discrediting Giovinco as a player and with all the reasons I've brought up before is wrong.

We did not overpay here. The deal was good for all sides, maybe even best for us. We got a very good (potentially great) player for 7.5 mil €. Giacchenrini cost us 7.25. If that is not a good deal I dont know what is.
Just forget it, dude.

Just forget trying to explain it.

Here I was hoping against hope that I could have explained it in somewhat objective terms about 10 pages back, but there are certain people who are so set in their ways, in their opinions of certain players/directors, that no matter what, there is no room for reason.

So, what should they have done then?

In a parallel universe? What are you talking about? You do know Giovinco had a better season statistically and lead a worse squad to a better position last season while dominating?

The way you underrate his achievements is just sad. Not saying one is the better than the other, but they are close while you act as if Jovetic is head and shoulder above Gio. You are extremely biased. You don't give any credit to one part while you overvalue the other part.

All I know is that if Giovinco can contribute the same amount of assists and goals for us next season that he did with Parma last season, I will be happy. Couldn't care less who plays, as long as we win.

Forget about their technical abilities for a while. Jovetic is yet to prove himself to be an arrogant whiny cunt unlike the other. That alone should be enough of a reason.
