if camo and trez stay, i think we should be able to rotate this team enough and still win the majority of our games
There's no need anymore for squad rotation, as we don't have to play Champions League this season. Rotation was invented because players can't play two games in one week.

And it was also used from a managers perspective to derive a psychological component in players starting mentality. Rotation is still very useful I believe, yes not as much as the reason due to CL, but serie B has much more games than serie A and hopefully our Coppa Italia campaign can be long and succesful.

Talking about the of Serie A being delayed, it's true: without us they can't start.

With this I mean that they can't risk starting with us in the wrong Serie, because if we later win an appeal, they would probably bankrupt to pay damages.
So they have to wait for our case to be closed and while they wait, they don't gain anything, of course, no TV rights, no Stadium incomes, no sponsors. It's important for them starting in time.
And here things get interesting: the ordinary courts we can still appeal to (Tar, Consiglio di Stato, European Court) have "only" the power to eventually disallow the verdict that came out of that joke of a trial. In that case the federation will have to decide if they want to delay Serie A+B and restart everything from the beginning or ignore there ever was a calciopoli and start the championships normally.

So let's hope justice will do their job (the trial and the verdict break some Italian and European laws) and I think we'll have a laugh, at least at watching the ones who did everything to kill us discover that their life depended on us

Because even the courts are as corrupt as it can be.

In these days it's not about having it right, it's about getting it right.

If they really want us and only us down (and that's clear by now) they'll get us down.

It seams that the best possible thing is to avoid the court if it is possible, because it is heavy corrupted.

The tree remaining courts are gonna be better than the sportive ones, exactly because they are ordinary and not sportive. So let's wait and see.
Too bad we have Zaccone as a lawyer

New season delayed – official Tuesday 1 August, 2006

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Italian Football League have confirmed that the new Serie A season will now kick off on September 10.

The fresh campaign was originally scheduled to start on August 27, but that date has been deemed as unrealistic given another summer of controversy in Italian football.

Due to the various appeals with regard to the initial Calciopoli sentences and the threat of another tribunal hearing involving more clubs, the new season’s start date has been delayed by two weeks.

Serie A will start on September 10 and come to a conclusion on May 27, 2007. Serie B will begin on September 9 and end on June 10, 2007.

There will be four midweek fixtures in the First Division and four Sunday breaks in the schedule as a result of international commitments and Christmas.

The Coppa Italia will kick-off on August 19, with the two legged Finals set for April 18 and May 9, 2007.

The Italian Super Cup Final between newly crowned Italian champions Inter and Roma, last season’s Coppa runners-up, will be played on August 26.

Serie A
Starts: September 10, 2006
Ends: May 27, 2007

Midweek games:
Wednesday September 20, 2006
Wednesday October 25, 2006
Wednesday December 20, 2006
Wednesday February 28, 2007

Rest days:
Sunday October 8, 2006
Sunday December 31, 2006
Sunday January 7, 2007
Sunday March 25, 2007

Serie B

Ends: June 10, 2007
