b) 2 years ban for anyone who placed a bet but didn't play in game.
c) 5 year ban to player who agreed to fix the game and played in it.
- Anyone who is charged but cooperatives with The Federal
Prosecutor Palazzi office will get reduced ban per 2007 law.
