I don't see the relevance. We could go back and forth on this but you're obviously being hyperbolic saying that he's worth 50m.
I never said he was worth 50 mill... there's a difference between a player's worth and how much a player actually goes for. I have no doubts any other club in the world would have gotten alot more for Mbangula.

Crazy to think he was linked to Nottingham Forest, wolfsburg, Strasburg and Brentford, eventually he ends up at Werder Bremen. Strasbourg wouldn't have matched. Nottingham we don't really know what happened. Wolfsburg he supposedly couldnt agree on terms. Brentford only showed interest but that's all. All these club names (other than notts) came from a source who has been very close to the transfer Sacha Tovolieri, who is Belgium journalist that has been pretty accurate with the belgium/french and German moves.

Werder came in quick because they sold 18% of their club shares recently, and have had a 38m influx of cash which the club declared will be used on transfers. So it's not about a shit club coming in, but more the fact someone was really keen to push the deal, pay nice figures to him, plus promise of first team action to push across the line.

Thing is, we could have sold Mbangula, and i say easily, but what pisses me off is we're selling him like he's a player who has shit attitude, deadwood or some mercenary. We made it clear his no longer in the plans and decided to not play him. Other clubs woule let their youngsters shine and gain some more value in CWC, yes theres a risk of injury but his valuation alone would have risen. Then we are so desperate to make up cash, we could have hold on later, these type moves can happen later.

The fact that Notts were going to buy him for 8m and at the end were selling him for 10m plus 3, seems like a 'win', the management will be celebrating like they couped a lot or cash. Plusvalenza, but twats dont realise he could we made more, loaning him out would have been enough, but again we barely rate our youngsters. They have no idea what they lost. Really sad to see this happen again.

25M would probably would have been OK. Or we just keep him.

Unfortunately, we have a manager who has no use for him because he can't play as a LWB. Not that it really matters, because we try to sell our similar backs and what not, but it's clear we are beholden to this rigid tactic. Why?

We literally have no strategy once again, with a manager who makes rash decisions based on a dumb system. Destined to fail.

LOL at the meltdown going on, did y’all think Sancho’s fee will pay itself?

I’m trying to look at it in the only possible way that this makes sense where our hands were tied and we had to sell at whatever palpable offer was on the table, probably could have pushed for a few extra mils more if it was a loan plus option type of deal but seems like we wanted a direct sell…

Either that or there’s perhaps also a future sell % that was not yet reported which would make it slightly better, would be rather surprising if we didn’t add one considering how we usually conduct this type of negotiations.

better off not getting that lazy shit Sancho in the first place. Just wait till he flops for the real shit show whilst Mbangula flourishes in Germany.

We tried to sell him and Weah to Nottingham Forest for 25M or whatever it was, but Weah rejected the move.

It’s been clear for months that both players are out of Tudors plans, but instead of trying to play them more in the US and keep them somewhat in the shop window and show that they aren’t unwanted - we pretty much stop playing them (for the most part) for months on end, and then wonder why clubs offer peanuts for them…and we are forced to accept.

The WORST run club in football.

When we sold hujisen and soule, we said maybe staff and management sees something us fans dont. Now i'm 100% that nobody in this fucken club knows shit. Retards
1. Huijsen
2. Soule
3. Romero
4. De Winter
5. Mbangula
6. Enzo
7. Dragusin

This is will be our list of shame after this season, the best one already left in Soule and Huijsen, rest doesnt matter. I still hope we can recover De Winter since we have big sell on clause.

Kingsley Coman

10+ league title wins, multiple domestic cups and a champions League title after leaving JJ for peanuts

Came second in the Golden Boy ( best u21 player in Europe) in his first season after leaving JJ

Would have spent another 2 seasons on the bench if he had stayed because the club hasn't a fucking clue how to deal with youngsters.
