Almost everyone looked poor in that first half, in his particular case he’s been left alone on that left side and whenever he tried to create space was shut down by multiple Roma players surrounding him…

Can say he is still raw and that this level of opponent might be a bit too much for him atm, even more so when everyone else is underperforming and the winger on the other side was an actual fullback, we simply looked unbalanced throughout.

Mbangula represents a real treasure to #Juventus and the future of the club, that, in the summer, said no to purchasing Sancho because it knows that it has a real gem at la Continassa. There is great awareness and trust in the capabilities of the Belgian winger. The club is now trying to lock him through the renewal till 2029, in order to push away possible mercato rumors.

Don't think it was as much positioning as it was Roma playing so deep and compact, every Juve player wide was covered by two Roma players.
bravo well said. And I am sure Motta could see that too. I hope and am quite confident that Motta will keep on starting him.

if this was allegri’s day, allegri would do the below steps:
1) notice Mbangulla’s football is too talented for his liking
2) discuss with management to sell/loan him out, to get cash to hire Matuidi/Khedira out of retirement
3) if fail, then deliberately play Mbangulla out of position as False9 vs top rivals, such as Milan, to ensure poor performance
4) then single out Mbangulla to the media for poor performance, while praising MDS
5) repeat step 1 to 4

Why you neglecting Rouhi? Bump his thread too like you did with Savona and this on. Say why we should loan out young players providing cheap depth.
and let's not miss the best idea of them all:

Falling down the picking order despite still having the best stats g+a among all of our attackers.

That’s also probably because the last three league games all ended in a 0:0, but yeah let’s not involve him anymore.
