Not a big fan of Nasri
But this Menez guy is quite intresting
He has skills and looks like he knows what to do on the pitch but I`m afraid he would end up as another Denilson

I say we should see what is the asking price for this guy

About Renato Augusto he is good but still needs a lot of guidence I think he would fail if we buy him and give him a chance
He should play for mid table teams to gain experience first (Unless we fire Ranieri and sign Wenger...)
Nasri is 26 times the player Menez is believe me, the gulf in class and talent between them is just way too big.

don't get too excited folks:
Nasri said he might have played his last game for l'OM and the French press are saying the most linked clubs are real Madrid and.....................US!

If there was ever a time to get him it has to be now while his price and profile is down a bit as a result of the injuries and general poor form he has had.

yeah but I still won't be easy. Nowadays a club can't even sneeze without every other club in Europe knowing about it, then it will be very hard as we can't offer what other teams can, money, players, wages, good crowds. The only thing I can think of is convincing him he will be a major player in the team and use the zidane played here before he went to real Madrid, so follow in his footsteps tactic

Actually his form has been fantastic lately, ever since the break he has been one of the Ligue's best players imo.

i'd give it a try, if, maybe he sees some prospect in our team. As sad as it sounds, we won't have a chance to compete with the epl-fellows if it comes to wages, buy-out money, and so on, but why not give it a go. We need a CM/AM and nasri would definately fit. But buying him 'as a talent' is past. he will be just the same price range as the likes of huntelaar, diego, van der vaart, and so on. We might give it a try, but i'd not get my hopes up too much

My guess is his price is around 20 million euros no more.... Diego will cost more IMO prob between 25-30 and if Real wants him then it could reach 35 million euros......... I think for 20 million euros it would be a bargain to get nasri and i believe WE DO have that money but our management r too afraid to spend such a money on just 1 player :faq1:

Nasri could very well explode on this EURO if given a chance: he has the potential, the skill and there is no better AM than him in France NT (Ribery is more of a winger). If he does impress, I have no doubts some European giant will splash the cash for him and it won't be Juventus. I would die to have him here, he could be a class player for us in the future, much like Zidane was.
