:numnum:

What I've noticed here is that posters are obsessed with a particular player (Mario, Pjanic, Khedira, Bon, etc.) and can never be objective.
I usually joke with Khedira or Bonucci but I don't really hate them, in fact, all players have contributed positively to Juve, to a greater or lesser extent.

Certain posters spam a constant stream of rubbish towards the player(s) they dislike, or the coach because he is "a coward with pussy tactics", whenever things go slightly wrong for Juve, or we get a poor result (regardless of how we play). Pretty much the only time they regularly post.

There's nothing wrong with pointing out perceived flaws of Sami or Bonucci or Allegri, etc., but calling them rubbish, or complete trash, or terrible, or a pussy, or whatever else the geniuses come up with is quite obviously absurd.

Sami, for example, is (in my opinion) no longer a starting XI quality mid in a team of Juve's level and aspirations, but he's a solid mid, very handy in the rotation as a 4th-5th CM, and puts in some very good performances from time to time. But instead we get this nonsense about him being complete trash, an MLS level player, very bad, and we get it every time the team puts in a poor performance regardless of whether Khedira's individual performance was good or bad. And then you get them complaining about group-think and not being allowed to have a discussion about Khedira criticizing his faults (never-mind the fact that the majority of the forum criticizes Sami from time to time). Everyone knows their opinions on Sami, half the people they are complaining about have tried to discuss Khedira's qualities in response, but they respond by returning to calling the player trash, which isn't criticizing his faults and certainly doesn't foster the discussion they claim is being stifled.

And this is why they get ridiculed for such posts and the reason why people defend players like Khedira. A player who has contributed substantially to Juventus' last 3 domestic doubles and CL final run in 2016-17. Somehow they still fail to acknowledge that Khedira has any positive points as a player or has contributed to Juve at all in his time here. It's silly.

how do you feel about this 4th-5th choice CM being one of the highest paid players in Serie A?

lol, these are some interesting Juventus fans. what do you give a fuck about if clubs finances are irrelevant?
Winning. Couldn’t care less if we pay Khedira 4 mil of 10 mil, what fucken difference should it make to me enjoying supporting the club I follow? That’s right all you financial whiz kids have it all figured out - because Khedira gets €6m or whatever per season we are “doooomed”

so basically your life as a Juventus fan consists of "Oh, we won!" and "Oh shit, we lost!" and all the reasons behind why it happened are irrelevant? must be exciting :baus:
Wait...aren’t you exactly describing what it makes to be a fan? Lmao. Why would I honestly care about how much money the players get? What benefit does that have for me as a fan?

So much excitement to analyze the financial statements of the club, scrutinize the wage books, and truly discover the secret to our success or failure. One can't truly enjoy Juventus without such scintillating research. Much more important than enjoying our wins or lamenting our losses... finding your entertainment as a fan in watching the actual games on the pitch and celebrating our success. I must be deluded to have thought this was the important part of being a fan, clearly expressing outrage over player wages is far more important. :boh:

To be honest though, I'm just disappointed that Khedira's massive wages are stopping us from winning that major trophy, the one much bigger than scudetto, you know the one... the Europa League! :tuttosport:

this is good, I finally see the logic behind your posting, you don't care about analyzing stuff, you're just there to show your support, got it

just so you can be aware, many fans, including me, also give a fuck about clubs finances, about how players wear this shirt, about how coach sets-up the team, even about the design of the logo, the twitter profile of a player and a million other things also with the ultimate purpose being winning, but unlike you, we like to discuss what can be improved and what is working well. I get that you (or apparently Post Ironic, although his posting history doesn't suggest that) don't give a fuck about what's beyond scratching the surface, but surely you can find inside yourself some respect for those who do give a fuck.

Cheering for your team and lamenting the losses is literally the main reason there is in supporting a team lol. This pitbull is one sick in the head clown. Trying to go all deep and acting pretentious because he cares about the financial aspects of the club more than what happens on the field. Do you realise how moronic you are?

Never said I care more. You said you don't give a fuck about it and I pointed out I do. You calling me sick in the head, clown and moronic doesn't help your argument, just makes it weaker. Let's move on, I'll acknowledge that there's no point in discussing anything beyond "Forza Juve" with you and I hope you'll avoid all the discussions that go further than that.

Anyway, it’s a dumb argument from you. You have the right to hate Khedira as a player, but getting butt-hurt over the amount of money he is paid (as if it’s even his fault) is just retarded. What big difference does it make in the grand scheme of things if he gets 6M instead of 4M? Is it really that earth shattering, like the club has failed and our prospects are now forever doomed because we had the temerity to extend a players contract and give him a payrise - something that happens with all players who extend their contracts with the club. I don’t see the drama and I fail to see how your question was even relevant to what PI originally posted. What makes you think you know more than the club when it comes to its pay structure anyway? Reminds me of when Turk used to lose his mind over Poulsens wages  @JCK

My original post had nothing to do with wages and was more about the tendency for certain posters to make out that some of our starting XI players are complete rubbish and haven't contributed anything at all to our successes of the last 7 years. And the repetitive nature of these Tuz members and these posts appearing every single time Juventus has a poor result, regardless of individual culpability. And the impossibility of discussing anything about Khedira with someone who claims he is a very bad MLS level player.

I asked a simple question about the contrast between Sami's wages and the role you defined for him. Will not make that mistake again, apparently you're not accepting anything beyond "did you enjoy the game" as it automatically warrants insults and ridicule.

Great post: I thought the whole point of a fan forum was to discuss all aspekts concerning the club that we support.
