there are a lot of freebies each summer. the ones we sign simply turn out better than the ones other teams sign. we exactly know what our team needs and focus on that, maybe thats why we often succeed.

about Khedira, i think he was wanted by top EPL clubs like Arsenal, United or even Chelsea. that he picked us when he could get a better salary in United or Chelsea is what im happy for.
Hope thats the case. In todays football, theres nothing I respect more than players choosing clubs in contrast to salary.

khedira would have only been a depth signing for chelsea, obvious mourinho rates him highly from his time in madrid, for arsenal again hard to say since the reinvention of coquelin, man utd would have been made for him. I'm not sure how khedira will fit into our midfield something tells me he is more of a depth signing assuming Pirlo will still be here next season

Khedira: 'Easy Juventus decision’
By Football Italia staff

German midfielder Sami Khedira admits 'it was not a difficult decision’ to join Juventus.

The World Cup winner will join the Bianconeri when his Real Madrid contract expires, and after last night’s friendly with the USA, gave some thoughts on the move.

“Juve are a very ambitious team with great history,” Khedira told Sky.

“In past years they had some problems, but now they’re back to being competitive. They had an extraordinary Champions League campaign, including the final.

“They win in Italy and want to continue doing so, you can see from the outside that it’s like a big family, and I know that I’ll be welcome.

“It wasn’t a difficult decision to make.”
