Yeah, same here. Incredibly intelligent midfielder. Khedira, even more than Marchisio, played in teams filled with top talent, that his importance was ignored and his role wasn't appreciated by the average football follower.
I'll go as far as saying that our season relies on his and Marchisio's health more than one can imagine.
We had this terrible start because we had a terrible midfield. The exposed defense and isolated attack looked weak mostly due to our midfield. Once we fix this with Khedira's and Marchisio's presence, we'll have no problems in serie A. The defense will be as strong as ever and the attackers will be much more potent.
Tough chance though that Marchisio and Khedira will stay healthy for longer periods.

Yes, defense looks steady as ever, the midfield is the biggest difference right now. We also have attackeres underperforming, but it will come with time. The big issue here is definitely the midfield.

I was very surprised with Khedira, he's more intelligent that I thought, has deceptively good agility, isn't as predictable as I thought, while offering consistency on the middle.

Only one game, but he was thrown in the fire from Allegri, coming from a long time without practicing, and he did great.

Marchisio and Khedira on the middle will offer the stability the team needs. Hopefully it will free Pogba to do what he does, and we are missing it badly this season.

Also Hernanes had an amazing performance against Sevilla, it must be said.
