If you fail to see that bonucci was the azzuri's best defender on the eurocup, ahead of chiello and barzagli, and made massive improvements last season, starting to earn his pricetag if he can continue that way, then i suggest you follow a diffrent sport like petanque or something.

Bochetti is fine. Juve needs depth at CB w/ all the campaigns this season. If he plays over Chiellini, Lucio, Barzagli, Caceres, Bonnucci(if available), then that's another story! But if Bochetti plays once every four games to rest those other backs, then this is a great move.

Yes , but the ability must be there , what conte gives is motivation and he builds a very good defensive base , but the players should have ability . Barzagli has been great on one vs ones , in reading the game positioning ect and that is all him , same can be said about bonucci he has ability always had , on the other hand bochetti is a pretty average player and can't aspire to be anything more than that . That said after our defenders will come back he would be a backup so i wouldn't really mind bocchetti .
