I don't understand how this doesn't make sense to everybody. Obviously what is happening is not good, but we're all liars and hypocrites if we're saying it would not be the same had russia decided to field bases on American borders. Why do you think it is comparable? Dictators accountable to no one setting up misiles on the border. Why aren't eastern European countries flocking to join alliance with Russians? Instead they are building close relations with a country 10k miles away.
