I was listening to a stream the other day and they basically think that all these convoys are stuck because everyone was pocketing money for repairs to their vehicles, so now they're basically left with a bunch of old clunkers. I guess they forgot to think about "receiving" in their purchase order/requisition process.

I understand why he is requesting it, but enforcing a no-fly zone in Ukraine is akin to declaring war on Russia. No different from boots on the ground.

Doing his job? No fly zone is not a magical umbrella. It means shooting down anything that flies, and it is very dangerous. But I think you already know this.

Obviously Zelensky is going to ask for as much help as they can get. Ukraine might be fucking up the tanks that get close but they are probably getting pummeled from Russia's superior firepower ie aircraft and longer range missile launchers.
