Just another bullshit from Putin and co., Clinton never confirmed this, and also back in 1999 Putin was very pro-democratic in his interviews, he was saying that Russia is a part of europe bla bla bla, he's a blatant liar from the KGB school
Again, you are talking out of your ass, but people like you are my favorites

Here is fact, not from Putin or his buddies, nor from Russia but from George Robertson. A former Labour defence secretary who led Nato between 1999 and 2003, said Putin made it clear at their first meeting that he wanted Russia to be part of western Europe. “They wanted to be part of that secure, stable prosperous west that Russia was out of at the time,” he said.

Man you are losing this and we both know :)

I quoted George Robertson, a former secretary general of NATO. Nothing to do with Putin and his lies. He confirmed that Putin wanted his country to be part of Nato 20 years ago.

I know it`s hard for you to accept it because it`s not going your way but it`s a pure fact.

You can't be this stupid.....Back in 1999 in his interviews Putin was saying that he is pro-west, pro-democracy, proeverything but right after he became a president he has started to destroy democracy in this country, he is a BLATANT liar

I did read at some point that the previous inclusion of Russia to G7 (which became G8) was done while having in mind to include Russia into NATO later on.

Putin's interview from 1999 in which he says that we have to stop to blame the west for everything, that we have too look at ourselves, that we can blame only ourselves for being weak and that only we can improve our lives
