There’s a difference between boots on the ground (being the one extreme) and sending helmets 3 days into the invasion (being the other extreme). Zelensky himself has had pretty harsh things to say about NATO and the EU in particular since the fighting startet, no?
About EU, sure. And rightfully so. Germany and others are just a bunch of cucks. NATO? Hardly. We know how NATO works.

russian crimes in syria are incomparably more, they have erased entire cities from the map by so called scorched earth tactics. but people around the world didn't show 1/10 of the reaction they are showing against invasion of ukraine. is it because sand people lives worth much less than ukrainians or something else?
Its also due to the simple fact that bombs in Kiev oppose more danger to the West than bombs in Syria.

Besides that, it’s day 4 of the war. When we were at day 4 of the invasion of ISIS, everyone was talking about just like we’re doing now.

I posted the article above. Lol. So yeah, my numbers are correct. They approved 200 million in military lethal aid in January taking the past year to 650 million. They’ve now added another 350 million. But sure, 1 billion in military assistance over a single year from the US alone is nothing. That’s 1/6th of Ukraine’s yearly defense budget
It's a bit more complicated then that. it's not like weapons system are an off the shelve products. It takes time to produce and deliver advance systems, it requires training etc.
half Billion this or last year alone is less in effect when you have few months to use this funds. before this year they got around 400 million a year which is not a lot.
I'm not critizing the US here, it's completely in their right to not give anything at all. My country gets 10 times that and we need it much less, its all about priorities is what I'm saying.

Russian love for mass killings isn’t just reserved for during wars. They’ve done a good job of it in their vassal states during supposed peacetime as well. Either choice was going to end up with a lot of casualties, because if Ukraine bows down to all Putin’s demands any Ukrainians who disagree and fight or become dissidents or activists against the regime get cracked down upon hard.

No one knows the number of civilian dead thus far other than that it’s likely far higher than anything currently reported due to widespread warfare all across the country with no observers able to collect such data. They have been shelling and firing cruise missiles into cities.

But sure Putin > Obama. Good hot take.
Can you tell me what happened to the Ukrainian soldiers on Snake Island ? That was an amazing hit in Western media, wasn't it ? No doubt they would not be* in this state if Obama was in charge.

It is a lot given the defense budget of the country was in the lol range until very recently. Even 400 million is ~7% of Ukraine’s current defense budget. 1 billion is 16%. And no, things like Javelins ($175,000/unit) and Stingers ($120,000 per unit) and small arms munitions, body armour, etc for front line troops have been being sent there for a few years now don’t require training. The US has stockpiled of these things they have been shipping there consistently. You think the 350 million they just announced is for things that haven’t even been produced yet? C’mon lol. It is for military assistance they can ship immediately.

Are you mentally handicapped? Russian artillery has shelled children’s hospitals, blood donor clinics, cruise missiles have hit high rise apartments. They have been firing missiles and shells into multiple major cities in Ukraine which is why civilians have been asked to take shelter. Civilian death toll is probably far higher than you think. But sure, keep up the nonsense. Putin has admirable restraint, western media is propaganda against the great man. :sergio:

Fair enough. I do wonder how much EU/NATO gave though since 2014 or the US has been bankrolling them in Ukraine as well

EU has given very little military assistance in the past it seems, or I can’t find very much info on military assistance. However, they have given €17 billion in aid since 2014 from this:

https://eeas.europa.eu/headquarters/headquarters-homepage_en/109462/EU support to Ukraine and the security architecture in Europe

“Since the beginning of the conflict in 2014 and the illegal annexation of Crimea, the EU has indeed been the most reliable partner of Ukraine: we have mobilised €17 billion to help the country and our Association agreement is simply the most comprehensive one we have with any country in the world”

You are definitely a Putin apologist as Valerio and Dostoevski. The things that happened in the past do not justify the unprovoked aggression by Putler against democratic countries.
No EU for Serbia anytime soon based on the attitudes by Serbian citizens in this thread. They seem more attracted to dictatorship than democracy.

Ive not once said any of it is justified. On the contrary.

Justice and fairness has no impact on geopolitics though. None.

In regards to how they're viewed/portrayed by the media, governments, etc. I totally agree, it's a very old tactic. Have always found it ironic when Europeans use it because of how much the continent has been at war with itself and rest of the world during its history.
Wars in Europe have mostly been between democratic values and autocratic ones. In other parts of the world in most cases the question is which dictator's turn is this time to rule.
I have always been against dictators and autocrats from Libya and Syria to Ukraine. The odds of establishing longstanding democracy in Ukraine are significantly higher though.

Czech Republic won't play against Russia in the World Cup playoffs.

Enjoy your World Cup FIFA. Actually you can just hand the trophy to putin since no team will play against russians.

Finally your true colors. You actually admit that you don't care who is wrong or right in this, but as a NATO basher they definitely are.
And you want good people to take you seriously.
You are not so bright, are you?
