The best thing that can happen for the people of the RF and its neighbors is a peaceful and controllable dissolution of this country. Tatars can have independent Tatarstan, Dagestani – Dagestan, Russians can go fuck themselves etc. RF as a country does not make sense and is basically a giant tumor. Proper treatment is long overdue.

No, it's not fear that's why Russian government pays to Chechnya 1 billion rubles per day, overall Chechnya gets more than 370+ billion of rubles per year from Russian budget. Same story with every other republic inside of Russian federation - they all are getting paid in exchange for loyalty, as for other regions Putin installs Muppet governors there, he let them rule, let them to get rich and richer, on their turn they install mayors of the cities across the region and that's how the whole country is being controlled, full vertical of power. politicians, military, police - it all merged into one bottle of corruption, nepotism and embezzlement.
For example - I can't vote for the mayor of my city, I can't vote for the governor of my region. I can vote for the members of city council but I can't be elected for it, to have a possibility to be elected you have to pass a municipal barrier - current members of the city council must give you permission to be elected, you see how rigged the system is? Same story in other regions - it's either the city council or the mayor's office or the election commission that will never allow you to participate in elections because of your opposition to Putin.
Not sure I agree. It's all about how you spin it. The European right is taking a populist turn and if the economical fallout of this war will be severe they will have a way back in, recession was coming anyway imo so this will further compound the effect.
They will run on an economic platform mostly and depending on the situation in the next few years I wouldn't count a resurgence out. There is a reason Le Pen focused almost exclusively on economics in the last few months.
