I've loved reading everything written by this guy posted in this thread, but who is he? He provides actual sources for some things, but not other (like the gay prostitution thing, which only an image is provided). There are some big accusations here afterall.

He seems to work at Wilson center which is a credible research institute. he has quite intimate knowledge on russia is seems.
Anyway his theory here doesn't seem contrived so I though I'd share, it's pretty well put together and can explain quite a lot of what we're seeing. As anything on tweeter a grain of salt is recommended.
