What are your sources for this? Afaik Azov are in Mariupol, trying to hold the city against Russian army who wont let the 300k civilians leave. The civilian crisis there seems crazy and without much hope for resolution, as Donbas army and Azov army hate each other with passion and no way theyll be able to negotiate a peaceful exit for the civilians
