I for one have never said that we can't afford to purchase players that cost 20 million or between 20 or 30 million. If such a player commands wages that we can handle, then this may be within our budget, yes.
Candreva fits our wage structure, so he is an option for us.
Hopefully we won't go for him, though. He's a good player, but I'm not convinced he's what we need at the moment.
U asked where we could add players... I am not saying llorente and Tevez suck but there are def. Better players than llorente out there. So what about my cb and lwb Point?
But i guess we can't improve our starting 11.

You are absolutely not wrong in proposing a better forward (or offensive player). We lacked offensive power and creativity in Champions League last year. How many did Tevez put in again?
Not the most likely place to see an investment tho. Tho I see a trequartista (or similar type) arriving.

on the surface we would think it may be so elementary
always a possibility the player can flop
and it cannot be predicted who will strike up the better form during the season, training/games etc...but that suggestion is a sound one...isco would be perfec for the coach to have at his disposal...if he impresses, the coach or we here cannot begrudge him for displacing anyone from the lineup
