A wage increase won't make Ranieri a better coach. An increase in his coaching abilities will bring him more money though

Well it depends how you classify this scenario:

1.) Based off of the financial power of the club paying CR

or

2.) Paying based off of his talent.

~If he goes to England, they can afford to pay him more just because they have money. I don't think anyone would pay him more thinking he is "that" talented. But that is just my opinion.
