"You get what you pay for" eh. Well Capello was certainly expensive, I doubt we could afford him right now. Oh, I know Eriksson. That guy really knows how to make a living.

A wage increase won't make Ranieri a better coach. An increase in his coaching abilities will bring him more money though :D

In England they still respect him and some teams there will gladly sign him and pay him more than what we are paying him.

Well it depends how you classify this scenario:

1.) Based off of the financial power of the club paying CR

or

2.) Paying based off of his talent.

~If he goes to England, they can afford to pay him more just because they have money. I don't think anyone would pay him more thinking he is "that" talented. But that is just my opinion.
