But he has to earn the right to play with Trez instead of Ale or Iaquinta, and he has failed to do that.

He did fine in Serie B, but isn't good enough for a side with title aspirations in Serie A.
I'll have to agree here. Palladino has had his chances, and he's failed to shine. His finishing has been spotty at best. His ballwork has been poor -- particularly his tendency to turn it over at close-range when faced with defenders. On top of that, his crossing isn't enough to compensate for the above.

Maybe in a different club in a different environment his star will finally shine. But it won't be with Juve.

Loaning has been such a sucky strategy for us. Very non-committal. It pisses off the players so that they don't want to come back to us. The players don't develop. We don't get much cash for them.

I can't think of any loan scenarios in Juve's recent past that have turned out well. I'm hoping that with change with Giovinco and Marchisio, though.

one of his better games in a juve jersey. Strong performance. Near the end he tried to do to many tricks, but I didn't mind watching them with a 3-0 lead. The kids got a lot of skill, he just has to learn when to use it.

Slowly but surely he is past the "kid-status" as he just turned 24:weee:Nice that he scored a goal one day before his birthday. Congratulations Raffaele, hope you can keep it up.

We still have around 5 matches to go. Maybe he can get a better shot if we secure our 4 points! Then we'll decide how his fate will be..

Yah it would be nice to secure CL qualification and then give him some more chances to end the season, maybe even a starting place in the side as a striker and not a winger to see if he is able to rly impress on a slightly more consistent level. Good game by him today and i hope he keeps it up, his goal today was class.
