Palladino: "I don't know for sure where I'll play next season. I want to stay in Juventus, the club I cheered for since I was too young. There is a great competition, but I hope the European championship for the Under 21 will give me a chance to prove myself and come back to Juve as a protagonist. Ranieri's appointing was the best choice as he has an international fame. With him we hope to achieve great results next season. When DD left, I was perplexed. Now, I can smile again. Next season, with the help of Buffon, Del Piero and Nedved, we'll fight for the Champions League. We already recruited important players and I read in the news we will recruit more. The project of Juve is ambitous and I'm happy to be a part of it."

The Italian Under 21 national team player commented positively the arrival of the former Parma coach on the Juve bench in order to rebuild the team on their arrival in Serie A.

Raffaele Palladino spoke about the new developments at Juventus from the training camp of the Azzurrini ahead of their European Championship qualifier match against Croatia.

The former Livorno player was particularly satisfied with the choice of Claudio Ranieri as the new Bianconero coach.

"With Ranieri, Juve have made an excellent choice, the most right one. He's the right coach for the present and the future, considering that there are young players to work on, in particular for the future.

"As soon as I heard that the new coach was Ranieri, I asked Rossi, Dessena and Cigarini news about him and they spoke very well about him, just like the assistant coach Gianfranco Zola did."

Palladino had a good season with the Bianconeri this season and will most likely be confirmed for next year.

tribalfootball is going crazy again : palladino + £10M for gilardino
No fu*king way!I even wouldn't change them 1 on 1.Palladino is 10 times better than Gilardino. And I honestly don't say that because Palla is a Juve player, just because it's my real opinion. Palladino is younger, better &a true Juventino. So fu*k off Milan. And Secco better won't let another true Juventino go after Trez and Balzaretti. I don't want to become Inter!:faq2:
