The article states that Fiorentina offer 12 m € for Palladino...I think I would sell him for that sum. Besides, Genoa want to buy the other half of Paro(1 m €) and they want to keep Criscito one more year on loan(we'd get 1 m €).
If true, then its a great business for us...Paladino will not get a chance to be part of the team especially if Iaquinta stayed with us next season........

Meanwhile, Juve could make space for Alonso by selling unsettled forward Raffaele Palladino.

The former Azzurrini star has been frustrated at a lack of first-team football in Turin and is reportedly close to agreeing a deal with hometown team Napoli.

The Old Lady may insist upon a co-ownership agreement rather than an outright sale and are expected to ask for around £6m for 50 per cent of his rights.

it's just half of Palladino so 8.5m is about right for me. 10 would be awesome but Juve will never get that.
On second thought, Palla's full price was supposed to be 12M. That makes 6M for Palla's half and 2,5M for Paro's half and Criscito's loan. Not a bad deal really, could be better, though.

wow, i'm impressed if this deal goes through. getting 8,5 millions out of a team like genoa is awesome. Just think about it; in the near future, we can literally 'pick' our forward out of palladino or lanzafame (or even both). Plus, if he's sold now at 8.5 millions, we won't even lose much money. (i don't care about paro right now) Even if his market value 'should' go up to 20 millions (best case scenario), we'll only 'lose' 1.5 millions. And finally palla gets a regular chance to shine.

Looking back i'm quite happy with our board so far. getting back giovinco and de ceglie, giving serie-a game practice to lanzafame and palladino. And besides made (even if temporarily) 8.5 millions to poach another midfielder. thumbs-up!

Sounds fair.

I wish we would send Criscito to a side that plays with a back four, though. It would be far more useful.
that's the only thing that bugs me in this deal.

I also heard that they'll count 1m € for Criscito's loan. Paro's ½ is about 1.5m € so I guess they value Palladino 12m €.

Well don't really care too much about Paro as Marchisio is already better. Selling half of Palladino is the absolute best choice we have as we'll finally see if he's going to make a step up. As for Criscito, I think getting seria a experience is the most important thing and we all know there he'll get it surely.

this is an excellent deal. criscito and palla gets serie a experience, and paro's future with the team fades with every match marchisio plays, so selling the rest of him is fine.

Genoa Close To Palladino Signing
According to the Corriere della Sera, Genoa are close to signing Juventus forward Raffaele Palladino in a co-ownership deal worth €5.5m.Palladino is widely viewed as one of Italy’s best young talents, however he had a frustrating season in Turin where he often either sat on the bench, or was played in an unfavoured wide midfield position.

In total the 24-year-old made just 14 Serie A starts, and with increased competition now from Sebastian Giovinco and Amauri, it has been apparent for several weeks that he would be offloaded this summer.

The Corriere della Sera says that Genoa are in advanced negotiations for Palladino, and are close to agreeing on a co-ownership deal worth around €5.5m.

During discussions it has also been agreed that Matteo Paro and talented young defender Domenico Criscito will continue at Genoa next season.

Criscito joined the Rossoblu on loan in January after a miserable first half of the season with the Bianconeri, and impressed greatly at the Stadio Ferrrais, helping the club into a respectable mid-table Serie A finish.

I also think this deal is good for both sides and players. We have some of best Italian Youngester like: Chiellini, Giovincio, Palladino, Cristico, Marchisio, Paro, De Caglie, Landzfame and .... we Shouldno't sell these guys. They are future of Italian Football. We should send them on loan and bring them back in right time.

These player are from that Primavera team that won everything in Italy and abraod 3 years ago and don't forget that team was shaped in Moggi time. Especially Bettega did some great work for that team.
