Having a very good season for Genoa. They’re in position to get promoted so solid chance we lose him permanently. We have a bunch of good young CBs in the pipeline so not a huge loss, but still kinda sucks as he’s only 20 and will probably end being sold for much more than whatever we get for him.

We'd be crazy not to include a percentage of next sale on whatever buyout we have agreed with them. We regularly did so on most of youngsters we've sold.

Radu #Drăgușin is in all respects a #Genoa player. His agent Florin Manea announced it to the Romanian site 'Sport.Ro': "After the game against #Venezia the clause for the final transfer of Radu to #Genoa was triggered. The rossoblù club has in fact reached the number of points (36) specified in the contract."

He's started regularly and become the main player of genova's defense line. We sacrificed him for keeping Sandro and buying cambiaso.

Move this to rookie please.

Also, damn. Rumor he refused 10m wages to go to Saudi Arabia, Genoa would've received 40m transfer fee.

"This summer, the Romanian had an amazing offer from Saudi Arabia, where the clubs have impressive budgets, but he refused.

“Grifoni" would have received 40 million euros in exchange, and the 21-year-old international would have become the best-paid Romanian footballer in history: the Arabs offered him a salary of €10.0M/season, according to the media from Romania and Italy."

Nothing against Dragusin but he would absolutely dominate Saudi Arabia attackers.

He's that average but they're that bad. Anybody thinking SA is going to become some big league I highly recommend they watch a few matches. Besides the few stars, it's LITERALLY Sunday league level play. Local amateur club around the block playing on a waterlogged pitch level play. He would be a shutdown defender against 95% of the league.

But even he knows its a dogshit.

The salary rumor might be somewhat true, although unlikely, but LOL at the supposed transfer fee offered, Genoa would have expedited him in a heartbeat for that kind of money…

Sounds like nothing more than a rumor launched by his agent to bulk his stock.

if its the same agent he had when he was at juve, 100%. I remember him talking crazy back then, before Dragusin was anyone.

Based on romanian news outlets yes, primarily the same Florin Manea but through Oscar Bentancourt’s international agency, which was in fact always the case ever since Dragusin arrived in Italy, but with Florin Manea as the main guy that ever talks publicly about Dragusin and whom i can confirm has been hyping the kid all over the press as recently as throughout this summer…
