PS3 vs Xbox 360 vs WII (3 Viewers)

I'm considering getting a Wii for budget reasons (and the fact that it's easy to pirate...). What games do you recommend?

The 360 Arcade is acutally cheaper than the Wii, and you can probably pick up the 20gb HDD for cheap as well now

super mario galaxy is amazing, resident evil 4,red steel,mario kart,are all great games, there are some wonderful games to play in the Wii. just depends won your preferences what kind of game do you like?

Again, if you want anything half decent on a nintendo product, you're stuck with all the mario type drivel that they seem to shovel out with every new incarnation of a Nintendo system.

Sports games, shooters etc. The ones you listed seem pretty decent.

Though I would have to pay for online play and it's easier to pirate games on the Wii. I'm still undecided, though.

hey i am not for one second stating that red steel is a top-end,high quality game but it is one of the more enjoyable games on the WIi. there IS a huge shortage of hardcore gamers games on the Wii though they are trying to rectify that,but for the moment, this is still one of the better games on the Wii.

you can decide for yourself if that is a good or bad thing

also i just got my Xbox (early birthday present) bundled with PES,Fble 2,Halo3 and Lost Odyssey

what other games should i really be looking out for as tbh i think both fable and lost odyssey aint my cuppa tea as not hugely into RPG's

Gears of war 1 and 2, forza motorsport 2, dead space, gta 4, mass effect, bioshock.....These will keep you up for a while

oh and dead space looks quality but my missus will freak out,definitely be sending her to bed early while i play away

dead space is very good, i've played all the resident evils, 1-4 (4 was one of my favourite games of all time) and dead space is a fuckin nightmare compared to them, scariest game i've ever played

Lost Odyssey is a mrginal RPG, at best. Just because a former member of Square Enix did that one, as well as Blue Dragon, doesn't make it quality.


Games you should get for the 360??


Well, Gears of War 2, definitely. Call of Duty 4. Halo 3 to me, is vastly overrated. Call of Duty, World at War is coming out fairly soon as well. The MP Beta is up right now, although I think it is expiring very soon, if it hasn't already.

The Orange Box is also excellent as well, and you should be able to get it at a very good price at this point

Here's a game you should get, and its on XBL Arcade. Its a game called Braid. Its fairly expensive compared to other XBL titles, but when I tell you its worth it, believe me. If you like to challenge your mind with time-bending puzzles and the like, then you will truly enjoy this.

Dead Space is good, but with Resident Evil 5 coming just around the corner, I would probably choose the latter

sweeet,i will certainly be getting the orange box pretty soon as it is being sold for peanuts at the moment.

Just don't let her spend all of your money playing the Pub Games. Chopping wood is a good way to get some cash. I'm a Level 6 woodcutter.

And Bloodstone has the best looking prostitutes, for the most part

YES, halo 3 is very overrated

to me they both give a different experience, dead space is more horror, it's carier, resident evils have much more emphasis on action as well as horror, but i guess if it was a case of one or the other, resi 5 would probably be better, me however, i'll play both
