Snoop get the 360, the ps3 is for the moment too "clean" and for the next a couple of years probably...

no it is not,and i am a Wii fanboy in training but that is just a fallous statement!
Specs aren't everything. 360 has an edge in online gaming and games in general, while the ps3 has an edge in technology, which cancel each other.

in that aspect i feel the ps3 is closing the gap in terms of games. sony is not stupid, it won the battle of the consoles in the last 2 generations because it offered more grade-A games than anyone else, sony know that at the end of the day- games sell consoles!
the longer the "console war" goes on the stronger sony will become, if i was to buy one of these consoles it would be the ps3,because in 2 years i honestly believe it will have the better lineup of grade-A games

Okay nerds, here's what's up. I haven't used my PS3 for weeks, then all of a sudden I get the urge to play some Pro Evo. I put the system on and I pateiently wait for the game to load. The disc was already in the system, so normally it just loads automatically. Instead, the main menu comes up and it's not reading the disc. The scanning icon in the top right corner is there though. I try DVDs, CDs and nothing works.

I try the fan test, although I doubt it's a matter of dust because the PS was in a closed bag the whole time. I tried a lens cleaner but obviously it can't work if it's not being read.

So nerds, what to do?

ps3 rules!! x-box is still cool though, but i have to say it is a tight one, ps3 doesn't have the huge exclusives it used to (gta and final fantasy are now also on/going to be on x-box to) but there are still some huge heavyweights like mgs and god of war, i feel that in 1-2 years however, the balance will go more favourably to the ps3, one of the main problems with the ps3 was the price, and now you can pick up an 80gb ps3 for a very reasonable price, i just have one big problem with the ps3, i am in the uk, and was very disgruntled when they made the uk ps3's non backwards compatible, i have a huge number of ps1/2 games which i would have loved to played on the ps3............way to go sony, as if it was that hard to retain that feature since the us consoles did

i heard its very overated, but the story and visuals are top notch, i'm also looking to borrow it form a freind, i don't fancy spending £40 for something i'll just play once, and also, its not exclusive for the ps3, i wen't to my cousins house today, and he had it on x-box 360, either that or i'm going crazy

Oh I see, but if your a mario fan you should buy that game. I read and saw a couple of reviews, this game looks so much fun. I can't wait to buy myself a wii come xmas.
will you wrap it and look surprised when you open it? :D

i wanted to buy the PS3 but i'm glad i bought the 360. Firstly its nearly half the price and secondly the games a much more in abundance and cheaper. I barely have money to buy games these days they're so much but i will chip my Xbox soon.

I have a wii also. Agreed, its rare that you find real games on it but it is fun to play wii sports drunk! try it! i got paper mario and mario kart also, man that is the good stuff!

sony have made a big mistake. They're ahead of their time and its not working out for them. By the time everyone is ready to buy PS3 when they've bought HD televisions and its more affordable. They will be nearly finished with PS4! If they do decide to take a break what are they going to do with themselves for such a long time? Something tells me their competing with Xbox has become such an obsession that its to their detrement.

Don't kid yourself, soon enough TrueHD/FullHD will be replaced by UltraHD or something. It's the scam of the century. ;)
