He's still only 18 and has basically come through a year early. I suppose he is in-between, maybe even a Lega Pro PD team might be more suitable for next season, then Serie B after.

I think the coaches like to keep players in the Primavera for two seasons and then loan them out to give the next bunch the chance to develop.

I think there is a case for Bonatini and the investment we made in him, affecting Padovan's path. But as Leo is older, and Padovan could potentially have another season in our U19 primavera, it wouldnt be a surprise to see him stay. Still...with the form he has shown this season, who knows eh? a serie B club could happily take him on loan/co-own, roll the dice see how he goes, hope he doesn't become another libertazzi. Leo will head out on loan...shame, in a way, that Padovan has dominated the prima punta starting position, leaving Bonatini only scraps. It will be good for him to head out and find regular football.

Yeah. The only issue really is that at Primavera level keeping players for several years creates a kind of backlog of strikers throughout the youth tiers. Having several good strikers is also problematic.

Eric Lanini has been a victim of this for two seasons, and still finds himself 3/4 choice. In the next tier there are more good strikers (Josipovic, Ceria, Simunac, Otin), so you can't really afford to delay their progression.

Throwing kids into the rough and tumble of lower league football does make or break them, if they can't hack it then it seems they certainly have no future here. The problem is that you still want to develop them from a personal perspective but also as financial makeweights.

I don't like Branescu, he has a loss of concentration quite often. Really bad trait for a goalkeeper, doesn't matter what saves they make.

Great long shot from Kabashi, tipped over.

Beltrame has beautiful technique, it'll be interesting to see how he develops.

Slivka on this shitty stream looks a bit like Krasic.
