Don't want to bother looking anymore but were Citti, Tavanti, Pol Garcia, Di Benedetto and Josipovic playing in this one?

Our U-17 lost to Kashima's U-17? Not really a good sign....
Japanese youths on the other hand are getting stronger as each time passes by.

Paratici and cie invested more in the kids born in 93-94. A couple 95-96 but not a lot. I'm sure they'll fix this soon.

Citti, Mattiello, Pol Garcia, Penna and Tavanti are all supposedly strong at this level.

I wouldn't worry about the result, U17 football is extremely frivolous and results swing all over the place. Inter beat Kashima 4-1 last year for example. The Japanese are technically strong and indefatigable, and that counts a lot at this level. You only have to look at the national U17 results to see this.

It's when players start to play in strong leagues that they really progress.
