If she made it up as you hypothetically put it then she's a massive piece of shit and deserves all the hate in the world as much as Amber Heard got.
On the footballing side I'm looking at Greenwood as a player a player that I've thought has great promise. Putting the 2 together is another matter, thats something i cant really judge in terms of his current mindset. like I said yesterday Juve had signed Mutu after beating his own wife and done for drugs.
1. do you really not see how, even if she made it all up, the situation is still just as bad because he is still with her? The problem, her, is still there? Do you really not get that?

2. didn't we get sued by chelsea over mutu?

I believe Mutu got sued.

Mutu was fun.

Jesus christ you're STILL going

Thank God we have pillars of the community defending rapists caught on audio day & night. You make me sick, please never have children.

Why didn't they convict him? Looks like the girlfriend had a change of heart and would rather be in a toxic relationship than lose out on a millionaire lifestyle. Has nothing to do with his innocence.

That's enough of this endless loop for me.

Is the audio recording real? Yes

Was Greenwood literally committing rape on said recording? Yes

@Seven I hope you get the next case like this. You clearly have a passion for twisting reality to help muh poor millionaire athletes victims you sick fuck

I thought the UK and ManU stopped the investigation NOT because of a lack of evidence like they could find it but because in situations like this a core part of the evidence is the woman's testimony and providing evidence and she recanted her story and refused to cooperate. I know that is "lack of evidence" but clearly its vastly different from "they couldn't find any evidence" that it seems to imply.

Maybe I'm missing some massive revelation that others know about.

Was he now?

You think they decided not to prosecute him, despite unequivocal evidence of him committing rape? Also, the weight you ascribe to the recording seems to vary. Because just a couple of posts back you said the recording wasn't enough proof. Which is it?

That's pretty much it. The key witness (considering this is about abuse & rape in a 2 adult household it's going to be the victim) decided not to proceed.

99.9% of humanity are in agreement that Greenwood is a piece of shit. A few eternal victims on Tuz have decided to use this case to champion the rights of the notoriously oppressed millionaire athlete class.

In most countries, but I do not know about the UK specifically, they still investigate even if the woman changes her mind. The reasoning behind this is that rape victims may have the wrong reasons for recanting their stories.

But in any case you also have United's internal investigation. And United say he is not guilty of the accusations. That's not nothing.

Not enough proof FOR A CONVICTION

Enough proof FOR ME. I am NOT the law.

Is that simple enough for you?

Are you sure you're not actually a politician?

Signing Greenwood is something else. We've had a lot of negative press over the last few months. Offering a contract to a player surrounded by rape allegations isn't going to help us.

My point was simply that @Pirlo's Beard is a cancer to society, which we must eradicate both swiftly and thoroughly. Nothing more, nothing less.
That's fair enough. My judgement on Greenwood was based off his ability as a footballer and of the outcomes in the investigation. I don't think his footballing career should be deemed as over based on the legal outcome, although I agree it would be near impossible to play in the UK or even for the NT.

Oh okay.

You're a pederast by the way, no ifs or buts about it. I believe this because of your posts. Your posts are enough evidence for me.

I will not engage in any further debate with a known pederast. Please do not reply.

Enjoy spending the rest of your evening defending rapists. I can tell its the most excited you've ever been on this forum.

I'll carry on using common sense to come to the same conclusion that the other 99% of people arrived at.

Unless this is the part where you tell me we're all sheep & you alone see the truth . Fucking prick.

Again, this doesn't change the fact that if she refused to cooperate with the investigation that they still undertake that makes a massive difference. Is she refused to cooperate through a good lawyer (which I'm sure both would retain) guess what that would lead to? Not a lot of evidence. That'd literally be goal 1 of the lawyer.

And ManU's own internal investigation statement said this: "That said, as Mason publicly acknowledges today, he has made some mistakes which he is taking responsibility for."

What mistakes? Abuse. Literally a big part of the case. Not the rape but abuse. So by your stance so far, can we agree not to call him a rapist since its alleged and two investigations say there's not enough evidence but we can call him a woman abuser?

If so, great.

I don't want a woman beater on the club regardless of his talent. That work?

This is the thing we don't really know about their 'relationship' we can only assume its a toxic one based off the fact she is still with him and have a child together after they reconciled

I think Chelsea tried to get money out of us but sued Mutu instead

Women are treated similarly to children because they are incapable of deciding for themselves whether they've been raped or not.

What the fuck do you mean we cant know their relationship. She publicly accused him of rape, regardless of which one is lying thats a terrible relationship. There is no good explanation for this
