I think signing players from the Portuguese league is always a big risk. Bar Porto/Benfica/Sporting the rest of the league are poor as f and amateur level. Unlike signing players from Serie A or Bundesliga where the top 6 is on a much higher level.

Both teams are Spursy. United look like they don’t have the mental stamina to maintain high intensity. It’s as if they’re reverting to muscle memory of past seasons.

League cup win, FA cup final and top 4 in EPL are good results for his first season especially considering the Ronaldo debacle halfway. Having said that if I was a fan I’d be very worried as there multiple red flags that cannot be ignored.

The way their performances and results have been regressing in recent weeks coupled with some painful smashings like the Liverpool game and the EL car crash man alarm bells should be ringing even if they stay in top 4. The stability and intensity is gone they look like Spurs
