Yeah those 3 were good but nowhere near the likes of Nesta, Cannavaro, Maldini, Baresi, Ferrara, etc... Nesta and Cannavaro in particular were the best defenders I've ever watched. I caught a bit of Baresi, but he wasnt in his prime anymore.

Nesta was the best and most complete CB I’ve seen since I started watching football in the early 90s. But yeah, the defenders that came from Serie A just put any from any other leagues to shame.
