Its not for the dumb fans. Its in their contract to big up everything epl related. These commentators get paid for saying things like best this and best that. Of course that improves the masses viewing. Average joes all over the world who just want to watch some game without maybe even being totally linked with one team.
Yeah that is what I meant.

I was expecting the classic conte mentality change at half time but it didn't happen. Kante was the only Chelsea player up for it. Commentators Banged on about how good the game was. Seems pretty shit to me. Sloppy. Pogba is shit. Lingard is shit despite the commentators jizzing over him, rashford took his goal well and had a couple of decent runs but they mate it sound like he was the second coming. I'm convinced that epl commentators are told to pretend the game was really good so dumb fans believe it.

Pedro is a brainless player, fabregas was dreadful and so was Matic. Luiz just wanted to stand around today. Diego costa was terrible also.

Greatest league in the world.
It wasn't a particularly good game. They tried to talk it up as a clash of the coaches and carried it on from there, but really it was nicking a couple of goals and then playing counter attack. Even this version of Mourinho can still do that, it's not brilliant but works.

Rashford had a good game because he was direct and worked hard. I still think he's just another Walcott; fast and good dribbling, maybe even has inferior technique than Walcott, some of his passes are crap.

I don't know what Pogba even does in half of the games. He plays some nice diagonal passes and little dribbles here and there, he's a passenger too much. Shame, he would have been good in this Allegri team....

 :baus: No team in this overrated piece of shit league would even come close to winning La Liga, Serie A, or Die Bundesliga.
:baus:

Not one of these teams would come top 3 in Serie A or La Liga this year. Would get smoked by Bayern as well. Shambolic league. It's a shame they will continue to have all the money in the world because of "english". Hopefully we get another decade of them fucking that up.

I remember interviewing the head of this massive cable company here in Thailand over a decade ago. I asked him which league he believed was going to enjoy a renaissance, and establish itself as a financial powerhouse in the coming years. He said the Premier League; I laughed it off and thanked him for his time. This was back in 2001. Sadly, he turned out to be right :sigh:

Actually it would be quite interesting to put Juventus, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid or Barcelona in PL and see how it turned out. My guess is that no matter who it would be, they would win PL comfortably. Maybe even more easy than Juventus and Bayern Munich win their domestic titles these years.

Also because PL clubs are braindead when it comes to tactics - and then offcourse because the 4 mentioned clubs are so superior to any PL club in terms of squad/player material. Only Chelsea have a decent squad in England. United got few good individuals, but as a team they are so inferior.

Thing is, EPL teams are build to sortha excell in their own league.

what would be interesting is see how all the top 3 from La liga, Bundesliga and EPL would do in serie a

The germans and spanish would find ways. Wouldnt get as many points as they get in their own league, but still win it pretty good

The epl teams however, would suffer immensely under the tactical style, and drop ALOT of points
